Redha: Leading with Kindness and Community Spirit

We are thrilled to celebrate Redha and the incredible decision to pay it forward in a way that will uplift so many at Beagle Middle School.

Redha chose to direct the $250 Pay-It-Forward Grant to the Beagle Comet Council—an organization dedicated to spreading kindness, building community, and making sure every student feels welcome and valued. This generous gift will help fund activities that ensure new students are greeted with warmth and a sense of belonging from day one. It will also support inspiring efforts like Random Acts of Kindness, which brighten days and bring smiles across the school.

Redha's thoughtfulness and empathy reflect the very heart of The Ev Effect—positivity, respect, integrity, and a passion for helping others. By supporting the Comet Council, Redha is helping grow a culture of connection and compassion, where every student has the chance to feel seen, supported, and inspired.
