Your presence alone is the true meaning of The Ev Effect, people lifting people and because of you, we were able to raise $19,970!!!
Your support helps hundreds, if not thousands, of children across Mid-Michigan. Kids like Kenny, who only need access to our programming to change their lives for the better, are building self-confidence, fostering empathy, and strengthening their real-world problem-solving skills. And for this we are grateful, as we couldn’t do this without you!

The Ev Effect, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization based on Everson Guild's Guide to Being Awesome, was founded to empower middle school students to live with intention, lead with kindness, and make a difference in their communities.
Through teacher nominated Spirit Awards and carefully guided support, students are encouraged to dream big, act boldly, and build confidence in who they are. Whether they're supporting a classmate, launching a kindness campaign, or improving their school environment, our recipients are proving that one small act can lead to something much bigger.
Ev Winks are special surprises delivered by The Ev Effect on behalf of someone who wants to let another person know they're seen, valued, and supported. Whether it's a tough day or a moment worth celebrating, Ev Winks are small gestures with a big impact, spreading encouragement and connection across our communities.
